Medical University of the Americas and Avila University have established a pathway that supports Avila graduates entering the field of medicine.
MUA & Avila University: Advancing Health Care Through Collaboration
Medical University of the Americas (MUA) and Avila University have established a new partnership that will support Avila graduates looking to enter the field of medicine. Through this collaboration, eligible Avila Bachelor of Science graduates can seamlessly transition into MUA’s 4-year Doctor of Medicine (MD) program.
This new pathway will allow Avila University Bachelor of Science graduates with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent to be pre-qualified for study at MUA. Of further benefit, Avila graduates accepted through this pathway will receive a guaranteed partner scholarship of $10,000 USD, along with eligibility for other qualifying scholarships and grants. This further demonstrates MUA’s commitment to making excellent medical education more accessible for future doctors and healthcare leaders.
