The Medical University of the Americas is excited to celebrate our graduates in person on Saturday, June 8, at 12:00 p.m. ET at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium, Rhode Island.

If you choose not to attend the ceremony but meet all academic requirements, your diploma will be mailed to you. Your accomplishment is acknowledged and celebrated, ceremony attendance notwithstanding.

Unfortunately, we won’t be providing a virtual option for graduates. The ceremony will be held in person to celebrate this special occasion together.

We’ll capture the moments at our 2024 Commencement ceremony through photography and videography. Your attendance gives consent to be featured in these recordings. These media may be used across various platforms, including online, social media, news, and advertising, all in connection with MUA and its initiatives.

Yes! To ensure efficient planning, we kindly request you to specify the number of guests accompanying you. We will provide your RSVP instructions soon. Upon meeting your university academic requirements, your diploma will be sent to you by mail. The diploma will be sent to the mailing address specified in your graduation application for degree conferral.

You will receive an electronic copy of your diploma when your record has been reviewed and it is determined that all obligations for degree conferral have been met. You will also receive a paper copy of your diploma, which will be delivered to your address on file. Receiving your diploma happens four times throughout the year (January, March, May, September) and is not tied to the celebration ceremony.

In order to request a transcript, please visit the forms section of our website and print the Transcript Request Form for completion, then send it in to the Devens, MA office with the associated fee. This document would be sent to the end institution, not to students/graduates (these are mailed USPS unless you choose the overnight FedEx option with associated fee). If you need a copy for your records please use the same form and choose “Grade Report” (this can be emailed to you if you wish).
